I've scaled support orgs through hypergrowth, built fraud systems from the ground up, and led operations through the kind of chaos that breaks most teams. I took Womply from 35K to 3M users through a unicorn exit. Worked with that same founder to build a fintech from 0-1. Now I run CX and Fraud Ops at Atlas, where a lean team and smart AI keep us at 93% CSAT.
I believe technology should bring us closer to our customers, not further away. That authenticity, empathy, and purpose aren't soft skills — they're operating principles.
