Because we all need to maintain balance. Fifteen years in fintech, and I've never once had a boring job. I've built fraud systems, scaled support orgs, and led operations through the kind of growth that breaks most teams. I helped take Womply from 35K to 3M users through a unicorn exit. Now I run CX and Fraud Ops at Atlas, where a lean team and smart AI keep us at 93% CSAT.

I'm also a mom of three, a keeper of 27 house plants, and someone who recharges best with warm skies, tall trees, and the sound of water. I believe you can build a corporate engine without losing the human in it — that authenticity, empathy, and purpose aren't soft skills, they're operating principles.

I believe AI can bridge the gap between scale and connection — that technology should bring us closer to our customers, not further away.
